The terms for using eyecraft.pk and purchasing eyewear from EYECRAFT.

Using our store
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission and involvement from a parent or guardian. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery and order information.
Orders, availability and pricing
We aim to keep descriptions, prices and stock accurate. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to discuss the correction, an alternative or cancellation and any applicable refund. Price changes apply to future purchases; we will not silently change an agreed order total.
Products and prescriptions
Colours may look different on different screens. Confirm your frame choice, measurements and prescription before ordering. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply. If there is a concern with the eyewear received, contact us so we can review it.
Payment and delivery
Prices are in PKR. Delivery costs Rs. 200. Custom lenses require a 40% advance before preparation. Preparation and courier delivery are separate stages; see Shipping & Delivery for full timelines and available payment methods.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 7-day request window, frame exchanges, excluded items, damage claims and refund timing. Custom lenses are not refundable or exchangeable for a change of mind. Contact us before returning an item or cancelling a custom order.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle order details, prescriptions and other personal information. Provide only information needed for your purchase or support request.
Reviews and feedback
Submit only content you have the right to share. By submitting a review, you permit us to display it in connection with our products and services. Do not include private information about other people. We may moderate abusive, misleading or irrelevant content.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not upload harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate others, infringe rights or use the service for fraud or harassment. Website content belongs to EYECRAFT or its respective rights holders; obtain permission before reproducing protected material.
Third-party services
Links and third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those websites. Contact us about issues relating to your EYECRAFT order.
Service limitations and consumer rights
We work to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan. We may update this page for future use of our services. Changes do not remove rights associated with an existing order.
